We are the only manufacturer that utilizes a dual-stage
finish on all black tube products. This process consists
of electro-coating & powder-coating for a durable finish
that will last for years.
Unlike powder-coating alone, elctro-coating is a wet process
which allows the material to "flow" into areas
such as behind the headlight wires of grille guards or micro-pinholes
found around welds... places where rust can usually begin.
The product is then baked and cured before it's prepared
for the powder-coating stage. Included in this process is
all mounting hardware and brackets to assure a high quality
product that Polar Bear™ is proud to stand behind.

SB Series Grille Guard
This one-piece top of the
line grille guard is manufactured in stainless steel
with a black urethane center guard.
An OEM look as well as fit. Easy, no-drill installation
to factory mounting points on the chassis. Includes
removable headlight guards and pre-tapped mounting
plates for off-road lighting.

70 Series Grille Guard
Available for most popular trucks & SUV's in
one-piece, highly polished stainless steel or black
2-stage electro-coat, powder-coat finish. Vehicle
specific, custom fit to each individual vehicle with
easy, no-drill installation, mounting to existing
factory points on the chassis. Includes removable
headlight guards and pre-drilled holes for off-road
lighting
